we are only (on average) equipped with two, so i hope that’s just hyperbole. i’ve never seen an ear curse before.

onigiri is ok. miso. spicy is a work in progress.

People don't usually fear ears as much as they fear other body parts like feet.

Spicy foods are also a work in progress for me. The last time I got too bold, my hubris got the best of me and I started tearing up in the restaurant.

i really want to like spicy food but it’s so powerful. it is too powerful. we must persevere.

Maybe we should switch up our ice cream dates for spicy food instead. Call it training except for our tastebuds.

And I can only assume there are. I've never witnessed it for myself, but I've heard plenty of dislike around the subject.

Sure, but for most of my life I was more focused on learning skills that would help me survive.
